Milele

"Milele" - I've particularly enjoyed creating this artwork. As I immersed myself in the painting, the interplay of colours and movement began to flow naturally and subconsciously. The word 'Milele' came to mind—drawn from the recent Lion King movie.

As the lyrics echoed in my thoughts, I remembered the meaning of 'Milele'  a Swahili word meaning 'eternal' & 'forever,' a wave of joy washed over me.

There were moments of challenge, especially with the base colour of the canvas making it difficult for some colours to stand out, however I pushed through with perseverance and determination and saw it through to the end."
