I'm Maria Da Graca, an Abstract Expressionist artist based in London.
In 2022 I found my way back to painting choosing art as away to express my emotions. I've uncovered the artist I had always been. Painting became the new way of exploring the subconscious with each piece becoming a reflection of presence and energy.
I found immense joy and freedom in the process and I now invite viewers to interpret the work through their own emotions.
In a world that moves at relentless speed, where technology dominates our surroundings and attention spans grow shorter, we rarely take time to pause and experience true stillness.
